If you are experiencing difficulties in connecting to your broadband service, please restart your modem and computer first. If still having problems, turn off all components and disconnect any router or switches you have installed and connect directly to the modem. By connecting directly to the modem, you eliminate the possibility of a hardware conflict, and it helps us resolve the issue more quickly. If you are still experiencing connectivity problems, call for support. Remember, we do not support hardware not furnised by KLiP Interactive.
